A Primary/Secondary SEND Swim Festival (NOT GALA)
This is a Team Competition where pupils will compete in a number of swimming based challenges and earn points for their school
Max 8 schools taking part
6-8 pupils in a team (this is flexible)
Y5/6/7/8 is target age (suitable for stronger Y4 pupils, again flexible)
Pupils must be able to swim a short distance e.g. 5m (with or without buoyancy aids)
If you are a small school, you are welcome to join forces with another to make up a team
A team of leaders will be supporting the event both in and out of the water
Timings:
- 1000-1030 changing and introductions
- 1030-1130 Swim Festival
- 1130-1200 Presentations and changing
