Acorn Schools’ Athletics Festival for Y3-4 pupils.
This is only for schools who are part of the Acorn Education Trust
***The focus is all about personal best rather than competitions***
Please bring up to 10 pupils
(PLEASE ENTER THE NUMBER OF PUPILS YOU ARE PLANNING TO BRING)
Pupils will work in pairs and mix with pupils from other schools
Pupils will take part in all of the following stations:
- Sprinting
- Pacing
- Relay practice
- Speed Bounce
- Standing Long Jump
- Mini Vortex Howler
They will complete their own progress card
We will finish with some pursuit relays!
Please note:
Access to the Astro is only via Sports Centre Road – do NOT go through Kingdown School before or after the event.
Parking is available outside Warminster Sports Centre and limited parking is available by the top tennis courts.
Any pupil attending that cannot have their photo taken must collect an ORANGE wristband from the event organiser.
